ORANGEBEAM
PUTRAJAYA, 31 December 2020 – ORANGEBEAM Construction Sdn Bhd, the construction arm of ORANGEBEAM Group has recently been awarded a RM229.85 million contract by Mega Legacy (M) Sdn Bhd, raising its total outstanding order book to RM1.2 billion.
The project, located at Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur, comprises two 43-storey blocks of service apartments offering 870 units in total, a business centre, residential facilities floor, multi-level carpark and a rooftop recreational area, adding to ORANGEBEAM’s high-rise construction portfolio. The project is scheduled to complete in 32 months.
