One of ORANGEBEAM’s developments include the Diamond Building, the Headquarters for the Malaysia Energy Commission (MEC) in Putrajaya. The green building was the first office building in the country to obtain the Green Building Index platinum rating, and the first outside of Singapore to obtain the Green Mark platinum rating. MEC has saved close to RM1million yearly and has surpassed the investment it has made during the development.
