Construction and development company, ORANGEBEAM was awarded a RM204.8 million contract by Trinity Infra & Buildings Contractor Sdn Bhd to develop its latest 42-storey Trinity Pentamont project, located in the idyllic Mont Kiara. The latest win contributed to its outstanding construction order book that currently stands at RM1.29 billion.
The new state-of-the-art 330-unit condominium boasts a penthouse luxury living experience with a grand lobby that offers full-service concierge, cosy facilities built for ultimate relaxation and high-end amenities for residents looking to entertain guests in style.

The project will take 32 months to complete and encompasses an extensive scope of work, including one resident block of 330 units as well as levels of residential facilities, podium, car park and basement.
Adding to ORANGEBEAM’s high-rise construction portfolio is a prime mixed project by Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya. The scope of work comprises service apartments, office blocks, sub-basement carpark, elevated carpark podium, and facilities floor. The company has also recently completed the much anticipated 28 Boulevard Soho and Service Apartments in Pandan Perdana, 45-storey lakeside development from Beverly Group.

The construction work for Trinity Pentamont commenced on 1st July 2019 and set for completion by February 2022.
